Hepatitis Australia anti-Discrimination Campaign

Disability discrimination legislation exists at both Federal and NSW-wide levels. It provides protection for everyone against discrimination based on disability. It encourages everyone to be involved in implementing the legislation and sharing in the overall benefits to the community. The definition of disability in the acts includes the presence in the body of disease-causing organisms (HCV).
